Viaduct Events Centre - Kiwibank New Zealander of the Year Awards 

In 2025, the Kiwibank New Zealander of the Year Awards gala was presented at Auckland’s Viaduct Events Centre - one of Auckland Conventions, Venues & Events’ premier destinations. This flagship venue was transformed to host a prestigious banquet for 900 guests, occupying the entire ground floor in a cocktail and seated banquet configuration. The event brought together a diverse audience: semi-finalists, finalists and their whānau, past recipients, sponsors, corporate partners, government dignitaries, media, and members of the public.

MOTAT Aviation Hall - Go for Gold Gala Dinner & Quiz Fundraiser 

The Go for Gold Gala Dinner & Quiz Fundraiser is an annual event to raise funds for the Child Cancer Foundation, which provides vital support for children with cancer and their families. 

The fundraiser saw 270 guests welcomed at MOTAT Aviation Hall by hostesses dressed in gold with trays of bubbles. They were then ushered amongst the displays of aircraft, past auction tables showing the goods up for grabs, and finally to the dining area where the tables and stage were set up.

Shed 10 - AIMES Awards Gala Dinner 

Hosted at Shed 10, the annual AIMES Awards Gala Dinner event sees the North Harbour Club & Charitable Trust award grants through their AIMES Awards programme to outstanding young people in the North Harbour region, aged 13 to 25, who are achieving excellence in the Arts, Innovation (Science & Technology), Music, Education (Academic Excellence), Sport; and Service to the Community. 

The programme needed to incorporate a premium gala dinner and awards ceremony experience for over 500 people, plus staging and production for performances by the young winners and alumni, including a full orchestra.
