Unfortunately no. There are no exceptions to this and our accredited caterers provide all food and beverages consumed on our premises. You may supply your own wedding cake.
Your Account Representative will provide you with the details of a choice of accredited caterers for your venue and you can discuss your menu requirements directly.

Absolutely.  Our accredited caterers can customise a menu for your special day and assist with cultural, religious or dietary requirements.

Unfortunately, no. Our accredited caterers can provide you with a beverage package or menu to suit your requirements. Please discuss your requirements directly with your chosen caterers.

Yes, subject to other clients on the premises and this can be arranged prior to your wedding day. Please note conditions apply to taking photos at the Auckland Art Gallery. Please discuss with your Account Representative.

The Auckland Zoo and Go Media Stadium provide complimentary parking for guests. Our other venues are within walking distance of public car parking facilities. For wedding party parking, please discuss with your Account Representative.

Chair covers and ties are available at an additional cost, or you are welcome to arrange directly with a specialist supplier.

Yes*. Please advise your Account Representative of your plans so that the necessary arrangements for delivery and collection can be made. 

*All flowers brought into the Auckland Art Gallery must be commercially treated.

Venue hire is until midnight.  If you think you will require more time please discuss with your Account Representative and additional charges may apply.

Except Auckland Art Gallery, venue hire includes standard table, chairs and a choice of black or white table cloth*, air conditioning (where applicable), house lights (where applicable), general room power and standard housekeeping services.

Please note, lights at most venues cannot be dimmed and additional lighting is recommended, discuss with your Account Representative.

*With the exception of the Art Gallery.

Yes, all our venues are wheelchair accessible.  If possible, let us know in advance so the necessary arrangements can be made.

Yes, we are able to supply a dance floor and themed lighting. You are welcome to arrange this directly with a specialist supplier and they will need to provide a plan to be approved by our H&S advisers.

Yes, we are able to arrange these. However, please note they are not included in the venue hire and are an additional cost. You are welcome to arrange directly with a specialist supplier, and they will need to sign our Third Party Supplier Agreement for Technical Services before access to our venues will be approved.
