Adam believes it’s exciting to work in venues that are steeped in history, heritage, and provenance in the heart of Tāmaki Makaurau - spaces that bring a unique sense of character and significance to every event. Being part of bringing these iconic locations to life is incredibly rewarding. Adam also enjoys seeing what Joey’s wife has packed him for lunch.
