At Alert Level 1, spaces in our venues are open for events of all sizes as we continue to follow Ministry of Health guidelines, and adopt best practices outlined by the New Zealand Events Sector Voluntary Code.
The health and safety of our staff and visitors remains our primary concern.

YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY
- All staff working on your event have completed Covid-19 specific training.
- Highly visible signage reminding visitors and staff of best hygiene practices and asking people not to enter if they are feeling unwell. are displayed in the venues.
- Physical distancing is encouraged throughout our venues.
CONTACT TRACING
- Visitors and staff are encouraged to record their movements by keeping a diary, or using the Ministry of Health’s NZ Covid Tracer app.
HYGIENE PRACTICES
- Hand sanitiser is provided at venue entry points.
- Enhanced cleaning regimes are in place with a focus on high-touch areas.
- Where it is safe to do so, doors are left open to minimise touchpoints.
- Signage reminding visitors and staff of best hygiene practices such as washing hands frequently, and sneezing and coughing etiquette are displayed in the venues.
