Its largest space can host up to 1,200 guests, making it ideal for large-scale events. The construction of Viaduct Events Centre was completed in August 2011 – on the site of the former Oracle America’s Cup base.

  • Power saving modes, including efficient lighting, motion sensors in toilets and on escalators
  • Kitchens use new technology electrical solutions to replace gas kitchen equipment
  • Intelligent ‘air lock’ main entrance door designed to maintain internal temperatures and includes an integrated power saving mode
  • Intelligent and flexible programmable air conditioning system allows isolation of unused spaces
  • Toitū CarbonReduce certified since 2019
