Auckland Conventions, Venues & Events (ACVE) is pleased to welcome Sebastian Webster as the newest Business Development Manager to join its growing team.
Sebastian joined ACVE in March 2020 with an extensive background in the hotel industry, where he has held numerous sales and marketing positions. Most recently, Sebastian headed up the Sales and Events Department at SO/ Auckland.
In his new role, Sebastian will be establishing relationships with key clients, as well as proactively developing a new client base with a focus on Auckland Art Gallery, Mt Smart Stadium, North Harbour Stadium, and Auckland Zoo venue sales.
Having started his new role on the same week as the lockdown, Sebastian is looking forward to meeting with clients online and in person. "The business events industry is ever-evolving and resilient to change," he says. "We will work through this challenging time together."
ACVE Business Development manager, Tony Dickson, is pleased with the addition to the team. “The skill set Sebastian brings along with his passion and understanding of meetings and events will be an asset to the team,” he says.
