Yes. Whether large or small, every event at our venues is assigned a dedicated event coordinator who will work with you to bring your event to life. Our experienced team know our venues inside out, and will ensure the seamless delivery of your event.  

Except Auckland Art Gallery, venue hire includes standard table, chairs and tablecloth, air conditioning (where applicable), house lights (where applicable), general room power and standard housekeeping services.

Please note that all capacities are a guideline only and are based on the maximum use of the space available for standard setups. Number are reduced by staging, technical equipment, dance floors, type of menu being served or entertainment.

No.  Our contracted caterers provide all food and beverages consumed on our premises. Your Account Representative will provide you with the details of the catering partner(s) for your venue, and you can discuss your menu requirements directly.

Go Media Stadium and North Harbour Stadium can provide parking for guests. Our other venues are in walking distance of public car parking facilities.

Venue hire is until midnight. If you think you will require more time, please consult with your Event Coordinator.
