Auckland Conventions, Venues & Events (ACVE) has added Collective Hospitality to its list of preferred caterers across its iconic Auckland venues.

Collective Hospitality joins Urban Gourmet on the preferred caterers list, alongside ACVE’s in-house caterer, Limelight Catering, as the third option for catering across all ACVE’s venues, which include the Aotea Centre and the Viaduct Events Centre.

ACVE Convention Sales Manager Richard Dodds says “Adding Collective Hospitality to our preferred caterer roster gives our clients more choice. Food and beverage play an integral part in the success of any event, whether you are organising a cocktail reception, conference or a full gala dinner, and we’re excited to add Collective’s expertise to our offering.”

Collective Hospitality started as a small delicatessen in Auckland’s St Heliers in 2002, growing to cater for venues and events including SPARK Arena, the V8 Supercars, and the ASB Tennis Classic.

Collective Hospitality Group Sales Marketing Manager Sally Tau says “A passion for food and service is in the DNA of every member of the Collective family. Whether front or back of house, they bring the business to life. We look forward to working with ACVE to deliver exceptional culinary and service results that amaze clients and exceed expectations.”
