Whether your event is large or small, we are here to make it easy for you. With every booking at our venues, you get a dedicated Event Coordinator who will work alongside you for free. Their role is quite simply to make your event less stressful for you. To make it happen smoothly. To make it a success.
 
Your Event Coordinator brings your occasion to life. They have been working with customers at our venues for many years and are happy to share their knowledge with you. Although it is always your decision, they can offer advice on everything from catering to lighting, room layout to theming.
 
If you are an experienced event organiser, you’ll appreciate having extra support to pull together the logistics of your event. Things like the running order, pack-in and pack-out times, signage and connectivity are all taken care of. And of course we’ll be there on the day to make sure things run smoothly.
 
But if you are new to organising events, we’re with you every step of the way. From helping you choose the best venue for your budget, to suggestions on how to make your event extra special, we’ll make sure nothing gets overlooked so that exhibitors can sell; delegates can learn; guests can celebrate.
